Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences (FSPAC) offers study programmes in Public Administration, Journalism, Public Relations and Communication, Leadership, Advertising, Political Science and Public Health. Since the beginning of 1995, the faculty has engaged in a continuous development in terms of education and research programmes, infrastructure, quality of education and extracurricular activities. The FSPAC mission is to train professionals in the field of political, administrative and communication sciences, achieving a stable connection based on efficiency and effectiveness between the educational process and the labour market. The teaching staff is mainly composed of a young team, trained within FSPAC and further specialised at prestigious universities in Europe and the United States.

Selection criteria for all specialisations

Phase I (preliminary):

  • Motivation letter written in the teaching language of the degree programme, graded on a Pass/Fail basis.
  • Candidates applying for degree programmes in languages other than Romanian and Hungarian will sit an interview (English) or a written test (German) where no language certificate is submitted.
  • Only successful candidates who Pass this examination will continue to the second phase of admission.

Phase II:

  • Candidates admitted after the first (preliminary) phase will be distributed on state funded places and on tuition places or will be on the waiting list according to the score of the baccalaureate exam.
  • Places not confirmed by candidates admitted to the second phase will be redistributed to the candidates on the waiting lists, in accordance with their options selected in the application form.

Phase III:

  • Candidates will be allocated state funded places or places on tuition or will be rejected.
